Quality Guide
An item's physical quality or appearance can be subjective and we want you to be able to choose and understand the condition your book is in prior to purchasing. That is why we will list the quality of a book's physical condition in the listing description. Many of our books are in excellent condition or lightly used although some may be past library books (which will be specified on a book's listing description). If books need repairs extra photos will be included in the ad. We will try to only list used condition books when it is a hard to find or out of print book. Used condition books can often be found in the clearance book section

Shipping
We offer shipping across Canada at an additional cost. We provide two shipping options.
1. Lettermail - for book purchases that are eligible according to Canada Post guidelines.
2. Canada Post Flat rate box - we offer a standard price on flat rate boxes ($20 per box)
We also offer local delivery (at an additional price) or free pick up during certain hours. We are located in the RM of Roland MB. We deliver to Roland, Low Farm, Carman, Morris, Niverville, Plum Coulee, Altona, Winkler and Morden several times a year. With limited delivery to Winnipeg MB. Ask about delivery to your location.

Returns & Exchanges
At this moment we will not be accepting returns or exchanges on books or other products purchased at The Book Forage. If a product is in used condition it will be stated so in the product description.
